While it’s so nice to have friends and family that want to make the process easier as wedding planning can get very overwhelming, I recommend one point of contact.
When you first reach out to vendors the first exchange when phone, email or text it’s important to establish that rapport with you as they’ll be dealing with you throughout the process.
Its fine to include people in trials, vendors visits, or meetings but the communication should be with one person. This prevents confusion, miscommunication as well or keeping everyone on the same page.
