Safety is a huge priority for me, and has been always even prior to covid. I wanted to ease your mind on the steps I take to ensure sanitation and healthy practices.
I wear a mask and a face shield when doing your makeup. I use disposable wands for any liquid or cream products. There’s NO double dipping in any lipsticks, glosses or creams. I use a disposable palette as well so it’s a new one for each client. My brushes are washed and sanitized daily prior to use and after. I alcohol spray anything necessary prior and after use. I Lysol clean my shield and anything touched in between clients. I myself am immune compromised and take the highest safety measures seriously.
For any larger groups I have enough brushes for each person to have their own set so no one is using anything touched by someone else.
I take your health and mine very seriously and want to ensure everyone is safe and comfortable.

While I myself can completely understand that weddings and events are expensive and everyone has a budget, I want you to keep a few things in mind when paying attention to "costs" when seeking any vendors to hire for your events.
I think looking at numbers is of course important but even more so the value of what you get for those costs.
Value is what you are getting in your entire experience, and that experience isn't able to be truly understood by just looking at a number.
That is why it is so important to understand what their experience that they will provide for you is valued at, what does it include?
What do you get? Do you love their work? Are they providing some extras that curate a bigger experience than others and that is factored in? Are you getting things in their value that help not having to hire another vendor to do a small part of it instead? What is their experience, education and reputation? What is the quality of their work, their supplies that they use? Look at their reviews, photos, where they've worked and with whom.
These are really important questions to ask yourself and your vendors to get an all encompassing full picture of what to expect.
There are vendors in every budget no matter what the category, but it is important to still pick the right vendors to give the experience you want and expect. Decide what vendors are most important and most valued for you and your experience.
I totally understand everyone has a budget and it’s sometimes awkward expecting your bridal party to participate in everything. With that being said, when asking someone to be a part of your wedding they are making a commitment to be there with a dress, the hair, makeup, bachelorette and shower. It comes with the gig.
It’s always great when brides choose to have someone assist in alleviating the stress leading up to or the day of for their wedding. I fully support this! It’s such a great feeling knowing not everything is on your shoulders.
While it’s so nice to have friends and family that want to make the process easier as wedding planning can get very overwhelming, I recommend one point of contact.
Believe it or not people book hair and makeup vendors anywhere from 6 months 18 months in advance. I highly recommend seeking hair and makeup vendors early, as people that are talented and popular get booked first.
Grab a bunch of shout wipes! They are super handy, especially when your dress gets dirty before ceremony taking pictures! They’re a lifesaver.
