With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Essie Cohen is a seasoned professional makeup artist and dynamic business leader known for her artistry, education, and entrepreneurial expertise. Her career spans luxury retail, fashion, bridal, education, and brand strategy, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving sales, and mentoring emerging artists.
Essie began her journey as a top-performing makeup artist and quickly advanced into leadership roles with renowned brands, where she honed her skills in training and development, client experience, and market strategy. Her passion for both the craft and business of makeup led her to launch Essie Cohen Makeup LLC, a brand that blends artistry with education and empowerment.
She is now expanding her legacy by launching a post-makeup school academy, designed to bridge the gap between artistry and business. Through this innovative program, she mentors aspiring professionals on branding, portfolio building, digital presence, and the fundamentals of running a successful beauty business.

Daniela Baldor

With over a decade of experience as an award-winning Makeup Artist, Daniela specializes in Bridal makeup as well as special event makeup for all occasions. She listens to the client’s wants and concerns to create a look that is unique to them. Her calm demeanor and positive friendly vibe, are just two unique traits that Daniela has. In 2010, she obtained her Makeup Artistry certificate from Brio Academy in Fairfield Connecticut where she then went on to become a makeup teacher and created her own LLC as a Makeup Artist. In her downtime, Daniela enjoys partaking in styled shoots as well as participating as a makeup artist for NY Fashion Week. She passionately enjoys giving back to the community as well and has done prom makeup for both the children’s hospital as well as for adults with special needs.

Haley has been doing makeup professionally for over 10 years, specializing in bridal and event glam. She is also a makeup instructor at the NY Makeup academy and has worked for brands such as MAC and NARS, representing them at makeup shows across the country.

Karina Moreno
Lead Artist
Karina has been playing with makeup since she was 15 years old and realized how much she loved it early on. As the years went by all she wanted to do was work for MAC cosmetics, and eventually her dream came true. After 5 years of working there with Essie, she decided to focus on freelancing. The universe had different plans when she got pregnant with her daughter and 2 years later with her son. Freelance was put on hold but now she's finally getting back in the groove to do what she loves!

Kallie Tedaldi

Kallie Tedaldi is an established Makeup Artist, as well as a New York state licensed Cosmetologist with over 15 years of experience. Kallie's passion for making people look and feel their best has led her to specialize in Bridal and Beauty makeup. Kallie attended Cosmetology School while she was in High School. After graduation, Kallie moved to NYC where she studied at The Fashion Institute of Technology and earned her BS Degree in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing. During Kallie's Sophomore year of college, she started working as a Makeup Artist for MAC Cosmetics in Manhattan. Working for MAC in the heart of New York City allowed her the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele of all ages and races.
Kallie has done makeup for New York Fashion Week, Tribeca Film Festival, AMFAR Gala, Met Gala, Grammys, NY1 News, Women's Sports Foundation and a variety of special occasions. With her Cosmetology schooling, marketing experience, and years of beauty consulting Kallie has developed into a well rounded artist.

Upon relocating to New York, she dedicated herself to refining her skills as a freelance artist. Catching the eye of Amazon Prime Video UK, Olivia took on the role of lead US hair and makeup artist for live TV projects. Her goal is to enhance natural beauty while creating a memorable and uplifting experience for every client.
