Skin Prep Tips

Hydration is non-negotiable

Well-hydrated skin is the foundation of flawless makeup. In the days leading up to your appointment, focus on consistent moisture—gentle cleanser, hydrating serum, and a rich (but non-greasy) moisturizer. Hydrated skin allows makeup to blend seamlessly, sit smoothly, and last longer without caking or separating.

Gentle exfoliation—timed correctly

Light exfoliation 2–3 days before your makeup (not the night before) helps remove dry patches and smooth texture without causing irritation. Avoid harsh scrubs or new treatments close to your appointment—calm, balanced skin photographs and wears best.

Stick to your routine

This is huge for us. Do not introduce new products, facials, or treatments the week of your makeup. Sticking to what your skin already knows minimizes redness, breakouts, and sensitivity, allowing us to enhance your natural beauty with confidence and precision.
